When La Llorona uses BLOCKER, do I increase a Gig for her second effect before or after the ensuing fight?: Before.
Can I use a different Unit's BLOCKER effect after I block with La Llorna to redirect the attack again?: Yes. There is no limit of how many times you can use BLOCKER in one turn.
Can La Llorona increase a Gig by 0, 1, 2, or 3, or must it increase by exactly 3?: Up to means 0, 1, 2, or 3.
