What "This Unit wins all fights against CORPO Units" mean?: When Johnny Silvlerhand attacks (or is attacked by) a CORPO Unit, he always wins the fight, regardless of power. So, Johnny Silverhand defeats the opposing CORPO Unit (as long as he has power 1+).
If Johnny wins a fight during a Rival’s turn, does he still ready from his effect?: Yes.
If Johnny wins his first fight this turn but is already ready, can I use the effect on his next attack instead?: No.
If Johnny has power 0 when he fights a CORPO Unit., does he still defeat the opposing rival Unit?: No. Johnny Silverhand still wins the fight, but Units at power 0 can't defeat other Units in a fight, so neither Unit is defeated.
